This wasn't made by me.
It's a default map that you get once you set up Source SDK 2013 mod.
Name changed from sdk_vehicles to gm_sdk_vehicles since Garry's Mod seems to just ignore sdk_ maps when listing.

Yes a map you get once you set up a mod. I can't recall if it's server only, but yeah pretty much this. It was nowhere to be found on workshop and i thought it'd be cool to upload this.
