A very simple patch that does just 2 things for the heroes listed below

1) Makes all skills unlocked from the start for them

2) Makes all their trinkets limited to 3

YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL MODS INSTALLED! Place this near the top of your load order, so that the heroes listed below are below this mod.
