Main model: 1156 tris with 1024 x 1024 textures.
LOD model: 30 tris with 128 x 128 textures.

Note: You can change the color of the bricks using the Repaint mod.

@Mr. Lioness Thanks for your feedback. The bottom parts of the balconies have been deliberately made transparent in order to keep the number of triangles low, because you normally cannot see this part of the building. But still, I will make changes to the model.

This all is great work!
I just wanted to let you know that the balconies are transparent at the bottom (see link below. There are screenshots I made in the game). It would mean a lot to me if you could fix that. :)
