Exactly! I use a program called 'Aseprite' to make any edits and turn each Pokemon into their own sprite sheet that Stream Avatars can read :D

ah so then u take these basic front and side sprites and animate them?? give them like the attack and stuff??

Hey Kuroba, I use fan-made sprites that can be used by anyone (with credit of course). However, after some confusion about usage rights, I reached out to one of the key contributing artists who made several Gen 7 & all Gen 8 overworld sprites. They politely asked that I not use their sprites which I abide by. It's possible to make an incomplete Gen 7 pack with those several Pokemon missing, but I'd much rather make a pack with ALL the Gen 7 Pokemon.

Here's a list of sprites I can't use you're curious:
- Wishiwashi-School
- Morelul
- Stufful
- Tsareena
- Golisopod
- Type:Null
- Tapu Koko
- Tapu Fini
- Magearna
- Poipole

can i ask how come you decided not to do the higher gens? the other ones that are done use the gear instead of the avatar, yours i can change the size of just fine, and imo look better T-T
