For my fan who wanted me to make a Pelican transport, here it is! <3
I want to make everything you guys ask for, this one of course, was smallest and easiest to make. the other stuff will come eventually ;)
The new D12 patch makes construction slow, but AWESOME!
Please feel free to comment, subscribe and thumb it up if you like what you see!

Stats:
- Durability [7,600]
- Kinetic field [10,000]
- Firepower [Light]
- Speed [700m/s]
- Agility [High]

Feel free to add subsystems and stuff!

yes, as you can see in the 5th screenshot, you have dual anvil air-to-surface missile pods. the new patches may have removed them (because the missile turret is morphed into another part to hide it). You see, in preveous patches you could place parts inside each other, but you can't do that in the current patch
