MW2019 has eyeball gibs, it happens when you shoot someone in the face with a sniper, say a HDR. go check the MW2019 pause time video on youtube, it shows it pretty well.

lite gibs isnt the best gore or gibs mod, in my opinion because when you shoot sombody its like a weird hole thing that moves.
