hey man, just got idea, how does the introduction work? cuz its funny that we dont have something like, u know, high end prostitute, courtesan, that just gives expensive introductions

i am going to likely make a second version, the high admiral, which is same shit but a few less perks, so people get the best of both worlds

oof, dunno man, seems op as contact, maybe take out salvage rumor, trade permits edicts and black market. like where u tried to go, active duty admiral so he is very active in government but contact is simply too strong

I like it.

Needs a back story about how he was born and raised on a desert planet type where the only water he ever knew was reclaimed body sweat, excrement and the occasional bottle of Poland Spring. Joining the Navy was his ticket off-world.
