Kawanoki - populated

Welcome to Kawanoki, a region formerly disputed by the kingdom of Astaria and the federation of Kalkanov. The region was formerly split between the two nations, until 1942 when a war that lasted until 1945 relocated the region in the kingdom of Astaria's hands. The region grew as a highly frequented area by tourists and nobility, who invested in agriculture and production of batteries created using seemingly magical technology. Those "batteries" were made by combining every type of ore on the map and chemicals (it's a secret btw). After the earthquake that rocked the region the industry and creation of those batteries disappeared, on the grounds of the former factory there was set up a town named Skitovaria after the local Sukito bridge. In 1979 after an unwanted conflict between the two regions unleashed that lead to even more severe devastation. The war ended in 1985 with Kalkanov as the winner.

Regions that could be considered as attractions are: The Kanjo palace, the Dogva castle, the Sakai caves, the Sukito bridge, the Yuza and Takahaka churches and the Ibaraki mines, (and maybe the Gorkov camp if u refuse to demolish it)

You are now in charge of the region of Kawanoki, with a couple of things you need to do:
-Improve the few cities and villages of the region
-Rebuild the Sukito bridge that has been demolished, improvements are welcomed
-Renovate the Kanjo palace that has been blocked off and abandoned since the war
-Attempt to remove the military reinforcements left by the war, no one took em down
-Establish an expanded rail and road network, including electrified railroads and train production and storage
-Establish two canals establish connections between the Kalkanev sea to the north, the Sokomore sea to the east, and the Dogva lake
-Use Trams you knucklehead

Some things to know about the region are it's biggest minority of non-humans in the south, consisting of anthropomorphic Foxes, wolves, cats and the rare variant of dragons found in the Sakai caves (a legend talks about the 4 anthropomorphic lords of the Kanjo palace, but has not yet been proven). non-humans also include elf-like beings, similar to humans, and very agile and hard-working beings. The region also is known for harsh winters and flooding rains, so be careful of those.

Overall the map has beautiful mountains, different forests, and even a small swamp (and too many attractions). It has a lot of resources and they are spaced accordingly (btw uranium is Very very rare)
