描述
Give Dark Elves to Cytharai Pantheon skill

Cytharai(elven under ground god) used to ask for more than their favor. So I designed it to give a penalty along with a bonus.

Units that are already strong enough have no bonus or offered indirect bonuses.

and now legendary lord also have some skill

and also Mixu's Tullaris Dreadbringer also can use it


Malekith - Incarnation of Khaine (unique ver)

Malus - Scourge of Khaine (unique ver)

Morathi - Hekarti

Lokhir - Mathlann

Rakarth - Ellinill

Crone - Khaine

Tullaris Dreadbringer(Mixu mod)(only lord) - Khaine

实用：实际意义不大，加的数值 能力项影响不大。大多比较鸡肋。

LWH, when you play as Dark Elves, you can choose what God your Lord respect and invoke, which gives you bonuses, just like with High Elves.

My mistake, they had DLC units, of course, there's still no Ellyrian Reaverr or Silver Helm or Silverin Guard.

Mortarch of Blood@ Definitely, vanilla skill doesn't include DLC units, so I think it's reasonable. Unfortunately, i didn't find a mod that reflected it.

Im asking if you know if the High Elves have a mod like this or not. I'm sure Xoudad's High Elf overhaul will have something skill wise for HE gods but not intensive as this
