Circular Quays 3

This one is not a network, but a ploppable building. It's an original mesh and texture but shout out to Avanya for their modular piers pack, and their implementation (templating it as a static ship, basically).
It is 64m long and 16m wide. The piles extend 10m down. It's intended to be one-sided but I've made it symmetrical in case you want to use it like a pier-bridge.

This has no pedestrian path built-in, it's just a decorative building. In the screenshot I have run an invisible zonable road over it (to connect the wharves)

This is the old boardwalk of Circular Quay, which has been reinforced with concrete, the piles reinforced (with rubber I guess? looks a bit like tires), and the top paved with bricks. Wash from docking ferries flows underneath.
