描述
A large brutalist residential complex built in 1974 and located near the Hudson River in the New York City.

This asset is a pack of two buildings - a 39-storey tower and a 5-storey extension. The extension has a very interesting looking portal.
You may need to use MoveIt mod to connect them together and drag some raised walkways inside the courtyard.
It also should work fine with Loading Screen mod and shrink down to 50% of its original size.
I didn't add any extra decorations, so it's up to you!

Motivation
I got quite positive feedback last time, so I decided to quickly make another asset in a similar style. And it wasn't quick at all, but here it is.
Next time I'm going to make a huge Art Deco tower.

@Lamar Reason? If you're using Loading Screen mod you can safely ignore the main tower if you don't need it.

They definitely have the same vive, but even the brick pattern is different.

The confusion is probably because there's very similar buildings right in back of Bellevue Hospital which is by the East River.
