[TTT] Combine Sniper Improved

Credit goes to Mr J for originally creating the combine sniper summoner.

The combine sniper is a traitor weapon that summons a sniper where you are looking for 15 seconds!
Everyone is notified when you place it and it will snipe everyone it sees, including you if you're in its line of sight!

This version has been cleaned up to have much less of a chance of conflicting with other addons, and various improvements, such as the sniper now facing the direction you are looking when placed.

ttt_combine_sniper_remove (Default 1)
Whether the combine sniper is eventually removed

ttt_combine_sniper_time (Default 15)
Time in seconds until the combine sniper is removed

ttt_combine_sniper_rotate (Default 0)
Whether the sniper rotates around on the spot rather than just looks in one direction

ttt_combine_sniper_detective (Default 0)
Whether detectives can buy the combine sniper

ttt_combine_sniper_traitor (Default 1)
Whether traitors can buy the combine sniper
