French inspired road kit

描述
This mod brings in a few changes to roads inspired by French roads.

It is however not France-specific and will fit fine with any game.

Firstly, speed limits stick to what they are in France, with variations due to game needs:
- 50 kmh for cities,
- 90 kmh on countryside, slower on dirt roads and tracks,
- 110 kmh for freeways,
- 130 kmh on highways.

Improved localization for French using more specific naming when it applies (ex. "Voie express", "Route Nationale"...)

Various changes:
- new french-style direction arrows by Densha weeb from Transport Fever France
- small dirt country road won't expire over time,
- 2 new roads types with trees, plus a new filter for them,
- improved city streets assets distribution,
- a new category for freeways (rural 2x2 and 2x3 lanes roads),
- highways ramps now have border lines,
- redone some categories' icons (one-way is French-ized, country road is de-US-ized),
- modern trash cans are much less bright, same for "colonne Morris" roof,
- new textures for streets' tree beds,
- French "La poste" logo on mailbox
- added some French ads for street stations,
- new bus lanes graphics (width adjustement, lateral line and more intense colour for highways f.e.).

Ce mods fait crash, impossible de construire ainsi de supprimer sur une maps excistante !

bonjour a tous . bug au niveau des route française elle ne fonctionne pas impossible de détruire les autres routes existant c'est bien dommage merci pour ton travail

@M0TH_Ai I am not on it sadly, is it actually required ?
@madkirk74 exclamation marks mean that it causes problem on pre-existing maps or saves not using the mod

In the mods list this is being flagged with a could crash the game warning. Also it causes some other road types to become undeletable.

Is a good mod but these make me a bit cautious about using it (anything that changes vanilla / other roads can sometimes be problematic), really like the bus lanes though.

Perhaps do some of these road types as player placeable roads that don't affect other roads only the ones placed as these types?

A standalone of just the bus lanes might be useful.
