This is a meme character made for me and my friends, based off running jokes in our friend group and our YouTube channel/Twitch streams. I also made this so I could get a basic understanding of how the workshop characters are made, so I might start working on a genuine character soon. Despite Book of Gameing Wario being a meme, I did spend a few hours playing with someone trying to balance him because I want him to be fun to play both as and against, so if you think something needs to be buffed or nerfed, please let me know.
