Ragdoll+ Mutator

Most of the people aren't going to notice much difference between this and vanilla ragdolls but this mutator was mainly developed for myself. The mod let's you configure 2 different ragdoll values which allow you to have more stiff or less stiff, more bouncy less bouncy ragdoll joints.

Caution, this mod will prolly only be useful to people who know what values they wanna mess with and or need to mess with the joint values for some reason.
The new values put in are values I quiet enjoyed and made the bots less spaghetti.
