The attacker throws a lead punch that the defender catches and controls with a two handed block. This leaves the head open for a punch from the attacker's other hand, a favorite ground and pound technique from Matt Hughes.

This one's a single punch that reverts back to guard, similar to other ground strikes made by Irbou.
