One of the largest residential building in Poland, constructed between 1975 and 1982, arrives on the Workshop!
Well, kinda, it's not really 1:1 but I hit mesh limitations and it's unmanageability.

Rest of the collection (2 more buildings) is coming within few days

RICO ready: residential high, 413 households

Mesh info: 19 316 + 33 231 triangles, game didn't let me import whole mesh due to 65k limit, thus the sub building.
Technically, the footprint is 16x5, but it's again game limitation: in fact, it fits within 20x5 footprint (160x40 meters).
It's 78 meters tall.
LODs are 108 +172 tris
Textures: 2048x _d, _i, _a; LOD 512x _d, _i, _a.

If you notice any errors, please let me know in the comments. It's very hard to maintain such big mesh.
