EDIT: Since there is a new default theme on Etterna I will *NOT* update it, instead i'll try to make another one that has all the default skins in there

yeah, but imo arrows do not look good for 7 Key, anyways i'll put the arrows + a optional noteskin from halley that has stuff for all Stepmania's gamemodes
