Tier 4 Minor Settlements 2 SFO fixed(Check the original mod for future update)

So I fixed the errors with the original mod and this should work in SFO now
Thanks to @OldSkoolMatt for creating the original mod and @Rziha and @antonale for finding out ways to fix the mod

I have to mention that I don't know how to edit mods, so if you have issues with this mod, double check it with only this mod and sfo to see if it's mod conflicts issues. If the error do exit, feel free to post it in chat and let's wait for a smart man to find out ways to fix it.

Glad to hear @OldSkoolMatt came back and updated the original mod, people should subscribe that for possible future updates
