Description

I present to you a 16-storey residential building of type C-97-1. The project of the house is individual and is based on elements of type 97. These houses were built in Chelyabinsk and Snezhinsk (Chelyabinsk region) in 1988 and 2004. The architects - E.Gavlovsky, I.Talalay; engineer V.Lamanov.

Characteristics

    An individual project based on the elements of residential buildings of type 97, the house has 192 inhabitants.

Additional

Since some elements of standard houses of type 97 were created when creating the model, then in the future you can create a package of residential houses of type 97 according to the type of those that I did earlier.

В целом да, но это разные серии та что у вас на фото это местная модификация 137С (местная Свердловская модификация, Ленинградской серии 137). Но так как строили её местные ДСК то вполне вероятно что использовали идентичные панели. А так вы прямо читаете мысли) я планировал добавить нечто подобное в игру.
