沈阳市，古称奉天、盛京，是中华人民共和国辽宁省省会、东北地区中心城市、国家历史文化名城。沈阳在新中国成立后，被建设为重要的以装备制造业为主的重工业基地，被誉为“共和国装备部” ，有着“共和国长子”和“东方鲁尔”的美誉。

本存档按照1:2.5的规模主要还原沈阳四环路内部分市区和郊区，游戏人口超过30万，使用资产746项，需要开启豪华版。地图以沈阳站、市府广场、青年大街、中街等地为中心，东起沈抚新区、沈阳世博园，西至开发大路、宝马新城，南抵浑南新城、沈阳桃仙国际机场，北达沈北新区、棋盘山风景区。


Shenyang, known as Fengtian and Shengjing in ancient times, is the capital of Liaoning Province, People's Republic of China (PRC). It is the central city of Northeast China and a national historical and cultural city. Shenyang has become an important heavy industrial base focusing on equipment manufacturing after PRC established, thus also distinguished itself as “Equipment Department of the Republic" and "Oriental Ruhr".

This SaveGame is modelled after downtown Shenyang with its satellite towns on a scale of 1:2.5, mainly inside Fourth Ring Road. It has a population of more than 300,000 and contains 746 assets, which is based on Deluxe Edition Upgrade Pack. The SaveGame takes Shenyang Railway Station, Municipal Government Square as center, stretching from Shenfu New Area and Shenyang World Expo Park in the East, to Kaifa Rd and BMW New Town in the west, from Hunnan New Town and Shenyang Taoxian International Airport (IATA: SHE, ICAO: ZYTX) in the south, to Shenbei New Area and Qipan Mountain Scenic Spot in the north.
