Use client cvar "simf_firstpersonsounds_enabled" to change modes:

"0" - disabled
"1" - enabled

After changing the mode you need to restart the map or reconnect.

finally someone adding a Saturn car! I was hoping to either find the Saturn Outlook or the Saturn relay but this is better! can't wait to see someone add one of those two cars or the Saturn Aura
