Battle Cats: Empire of Cats Pack

- Empire of Cats is the first saga in The Battle Cats and is unlocked from the beginning. This addons contains all the units and enemies from the first 3 chapters. Data for all NPCs referenced directly from the game's wiki.

- Valkyrie and Bahamut Cat will cause a massive frame drop upon spawning in for the first time, frame rate will return to normal when all the frames load in. This might be fixed in a later update

- If the map has no navigation, all NPCs will move at a default speed of 1 for some reason
