Sabal Palmetto (Cabbage Palm) Pack [v.3.0]

New: Complete rework to finally satisfy my perfectionism. Added 4 new assets to the pack.
I didn't want to upload another sabal palmetto workshop object, making it 3 in total, and also because version 2 was intended to be more realistic than my first ever tree pack. While I liked the previous look as well, I felt it was still not as resembling of real palmetto trees. Hope you like the new version!

Sabal Palmetto is also known as Cabbage Palm, Palmetto Palm, Sabal Palm or Florida Fan Palm.

Sabal palmetto is one of 15 species of palmetto palm. It is native to the Southern United States, as well as Cuba, the Turks and Caicos Islands, and the Bahamas.
In the United States, the native range of S. palmetto is the coastal plain of the lower East Coast from southeast North Carolina southward to Florida and west along the Gulf Coastal plain to Texas.
It is a popular landscape plant in subtropical climates and used for its tolerance of salt spray and drought, and is moderately cold hardy. [...]
It is the state tree of South Carolina and Florida. Most references rate the species as hardy to USDA hardiness zone 8a. Cabbage palms have excellent hurricane resistance, but are frequently overpruned. Sabal palms normally only do well in hot and humid summer climates.
