Urban Charger (For L4D1 Campaigns Only)

I edited SirWololo's Urban Charger mod to only appear in L4D1 campaigns, because that tanktops fit Pennsylvania more than overalls. All credit goes to the original author of the mod. The only thing I did was make a silly-filtered thumbnail and struggle with sv_consistency.
