As night falls again after rescuing the young man named ██████ ████████████ (Codenamed: "White Hat") you learn that he is a goldmine of information and is more than ready to cooperate with "Fergie".
He put you on the trail of the de facto leader of a rising conglomeration of gangs within the city, ██████████ ██ █████████████ (Codenamed: "Racketeer") a well known name within the city.
The "Racketeer" seem to have deep ties with the extremist organisations surrounding the city, "Fergie" want's to turn him into a informant since he seems to be involved in most events in the region currently.
The man is currently rolling around the city with a convoy of loyal fighters attempting to steal anything of value from the lesser gangs operating black markets around the city, "Fergie" believes he is gearing up to leave the city before you and your team hits more markets.
You are tasked with taking him in alive, your team splits up in several SUVs and is guided by ████ onto the convoy moving through the night.
On a narrow street next to a known small black market you make your move by blocking the convoy from both sides, the driver of the lead vehicle takes a bullet to the face and a confused standoff ensues.
