Orange Forecast Rework

This mod is a recolour for the Forecast Rework and required it to work now. In addition, it needs to be below it in mod load order. It is also compatible with all of the mods that the original mod is compatible with.

Why orange?
It's the colour of Time Verb ofc, but the deeper reason is clarity, you wont confuse a prediction of a season with the induced result of it if it will have different colour.
