the ESA TC-297 rickshaw is one of the cheapest and least reliable vehicles to civilian disposal and it is mostly located in the slums and poor areas, this little vehicle turns really badly and it is not allowed in certain parts of ESA cities. the ESA TC-297 rickshaw has only space for two seated passengers and the rest need to make themselves comfortable in the back.
