Camera Shutter

This customizable effect asset draws a procedural camera shutter.

If you want to use the cursor interactivity, you should only apply the effect on a fullscreen layer or a composition layer that fills the entire screen.

Since it does not necessarily look good when the shutter opens/closes all the way, I added the parameter "Leeway" which decides how much the shutter changes when interacted with.
0 = no movement at all
1 = movement all the way

"Resting Position" then adjusts how much opened/closed the shutter is while it's not being influenced by cursor/script.

You can plug the default Audio Factor Script into "Audio / Script Input" or write a script of your own. Just make sure that the output value stays between 0 and 1.

"Audio / Script Weight" determines how much influence the cursor and the script have.
0 = cursor only; script has no influence
1 = script only; cursor has no influence
