Ok, so a university attracts people from anywhere around the city at which it's located, right? Well... not the vanilla one because of its attrocious range (1 200 ! That's barely to cover a few districts with a proper effect !). It also really lacks parking.

I extended the range (now 10 000, so pretty much the whole map) and decorated the buildings so those who aren't detailers can enjoy a less empty experience. Costs are the same.

I'm considering lower and higher end versions of it (with different appearances because otherwise it wouldn't be funny), so if you have good stats for one or many of them in mind, you can let me know !
