Worst part really is that I don't have nice things to say about whoever was the person that decided that was cool to put streetlights close to every single heliport. Would not play it again but I am giving it thumbs up anyway for the effort, voices and worldbuilding, it was nice to see that.
oh yeah and give this man all the coffee on Altis
To extract Ajax is the most challenging part of the mission and it is deliberately designed to challenge your heli piloting skills, as you need to hover over quite small area for a certain number of seconds under fire. There is some wiggling room but not much.
You need to listen to the loadmaster's instructions: The heli needs to be at the right spot, in the right angle and the ramp needs to be open for Ajax to mount. Regretfully the loadmaster will only speak when one or more of the conditions switches between meeting the requirements and not (as in "now we are in the right spot" vs "you drifter too far off" or "open the ramp") but will remain silent otherwise.
If your loadmaster does not speak at all then you probably did not bring the helicopter close enough for the triggers to fire.
