Hover Boat

LORE: The USA haves heard about E.T the terrorist organization and their technological advances by creating hover technology. However their main base is surrounded by a artificial lava lake and they have heavy Anti air and anti missle/anti nuke. The E.T haves been capturing and forcing civilians to fight for them and the USA had no choice put to get involved. So the USA Military high jacked one of their supplies of Hover thrusters that they have yet to transport over to their base, and so the USA decided to make hover boats to fly over the lava and get to their territory and rescure the civilians. They are able to get through the lava lake at E.T never considered a hover boat to ever be a threat, or any of their tech to be stolen for that matter.

The E.T cannot make their hove thrusters at their base due to the fact that the entire island is artificial and they have no access to the materials they need to create the Hover thrusters.
