Rainbow Six Siege - Doc Voice Pack

This adds a voicepack for male soldiers which is that of Doc from Rainbow Six Siege. He's set up to primarily work as a medic as you may have guessed, and the general lack of voicelines I had to work with makes some of his support for other classes a bit bare bones but still functional.

There are about 100 voice lines with some overlap, and an added radio effect to help it fit in with the rest of the voices in the game.

This is my first foray into modding this game, and since I'm gearing up for a game with Rainbow Six operators as my soldiers I thought I would see about adding more voicepacks than already exist. To that end, this might be a little rough, and is hopefully going to get updated over time. I'm going to be working on some more, too, so I guess look out for that if you're interested.

The original voicelines obviously come from Ubisoft Montreal, and thanks to the youtube user Neliporto for having pulled some lines I could slice up and use.
