NExt2 Based Four-Lane Highway

@cylis: I would argue that it is rather a bug in this road that it has the same width as the 3-lane one. One additional problem caused by it is that it's not possible to align 4-lane to 3-lane nicely using the Node Controller mod (like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6aK3YyQGCD0&t=1053s) .

This non-barrier road can be handled by editing the road and making the road and the gravel on the sides wider, which will allow aligning them better. But the 4-lane highway with barrier cannot be handled this way because of the barrier, which no longer aligns if the road is changed. It appears that it can be fixed only by editing the barrier segment/node to be wider.

It seems to be a bug in the latest patch of the game. It treats any highway of the same width as the same highway and uses a middle node instead of the proper node. I'll see if I can pass it on to the game developers.

it fixes just that node, but what about all future ones?

Ah, this is caused by a node being set as a middle node. if you have Node Controller, you can set the node to custom and it will return it to a normal node.

Can you elaborate? are there jagged edges? is it because one is a wider highway than the other?

I was wondering if it's possible to change road colors? I have roadcolorchanger+ and network skins, but neither of them seem to work on these roads. Thanks for any help
