a pack of rail crossing signals from different countries would be nice... and if so, could just use this as the canadian one. as they look similar

Done. The lights are now spawnable, I fixed a light alignment issue, rewrote the entire script, removed the trigger and made them toggleable with E instead. Enjoy!
