Flavor Pack: Flooded Chambers

It's Dark Alleys, but wet! Explore the dark and moldy passages beneath the city, observe even more crippling poverty and taser people who fall into one of the billions of puddles all over the place. The mayor should really do something about the leaky pipes around here. Oh yeah, and watch out for water sprites spawning in the stagnant pools. They're not dangerous, but they're like... really annoying.

This adds 100 new chunks, many of which do things with extra border walls and water. Works best if combined with my other "underground" flavor packs like Dark Alleys and Forgotten Corners to really ratchet up the claustrophobia.
