One Handed Scooter

描述
Modifies the Underwater Scooter so that it can be used with just one hand.

This way you can carry a bag in the other hand, or a handheld sonar, or even another scooter because... why not?

You could also have a knife in the other hand and try some high speed underwater hand to hand combat.

Its strange they don't already work like this as you can grab and drag corpses while using a scooter clearly showing they can be used with 1 hand and the corpse acts as a container.
