A large wooden Tudor university originally built in the 1600s, it is made from primitive materials such as rough hewn logs and rubble stone.

Employs 30 workers and 30 professors.

Also includes a residential version of the same model.

Added Rowhouse, school and kindergarten.

Added Side School, kindergarten, housing, and sports wings for modular campus.

Added an Orphanage

These buildings are nice and all, but I think smaller building would be nicer and more realistic. Although this is still pretty realistic, a few narrow homes or something like that would be much appreciated
