Pretty thorough analysis :p. I do agree the guard looks slightly out of place in terms of kenshi lore. Aaaand the span of the waves are a bit on the intense side. Thanks for the feedback

more blood loss would be just a rumour, getting a slash (mid to deep) or a deep stab is most likely gonna make you bleed out rather quickly. The design of the wavy blade was to discourage the opponent from grabbing the blade. Since it wasn't just a standard flat/straight blade, the curves allowed it to slash/cut even the leather of the gauntlet of someone grabbing the blade to try to disarm, or disable you.

Also to the mod itself, I think the wavy-ness is a bit exaggerated, however it def fits with the Kenshi-vibe. So for historical reference, it's off, But for Kenshi it's perfect, altho for the Kenshi style I'd give it a round/oval guard instead of the classic guards seen on European swords.

But looking at the model, the mesh normals I'd give this Sword a 8/10

I was actually in reading about this, and read that it was a just a rumour, then again, I didn't search very thoroughly. I guess you might aswell go with legend then :p

I feel it has to have higher bloodloss modifier. After all, one of defining characteristics of a flamberge was the fact it left difficult-to-heal wounds
