描述
Human players may toggle edicts that replicate the AI difficulty bonuses.

Developed to allow well-intentioned groups to self-regulate handicaps for more interesting multiplayer games.

Awesome. Yeah, definitely designed to help friendly groups have more fun in multiplayer. We've been using it our own games to good effect. You can definitely scale yourself to ridiculous levels if you want but so far that hasn't been an issue. Suppose your opponent can just do the same if you push too hard :)

Thank you for making this. It's been very helpful for my MP campaigns. When friends fall behind they can just toggle the edicts at their own speed so we aren't too far apart!
