Mood Bar Color

描述
Add a colorful background to the colonists' bar according to their mood.

The mood is represented by a background going from red to green.
Purple color is added for colonists in mental break.
Blue color is added for colonists in medical rest.

- 1.3
- 1.4
- 1.5

This breaks the UI and makes it invisible in 1.4 as of current. I don't know what errors its pulling but you might want to fix that.
