[TF2] Enhanced Vanilla Shotgun Shell

描述
Recently a good friend of mine lolripk asked me to maybe make a better shotgun shell for SFM. So I got vanilla valve shell, added some more geometry, upscaled the texture(clearly that didn't help much lol), added a shell crimp and most importantly - added a couple of deformations via shapekeys, so that you can make those shells look really "blown" and "fired"
