Heaviest conventional air-to-surface munition in production. Kills hard structures or other high-value targets in a single blow. An admirable blast radius also makes it suitable for clearing out clusters of storage containers or small hangar pairs.
A mainstay armament of large strategic bombers, though its heavy weight and clunky guidance avionics makes it prohibitive to mount in large numbers.
