DuskJockey's Byzantium (John II)

Adds Byzantium led by John II to the game. DJSHenninger, the original author of this mod, has given me permission to take over its development. The original version of this mod can be found here.

UNIQUE ABILITY: EMPIRE OF GRACE

• Earn Golden Age points from promoting or upgrading units, and units promoted during a Golden Age receive a random promotion for free.

UNIQUE UNIT: KOURSOR

• Replaces the Knight.
  
• Gains Experience 25% faster per level earned (up to +100%).
  
• Provides a source of Horses when upgraded into during a Golden Age (max. 5).

UNIQUE TILE IMPROVEMENT: MITATON

• Unlocked at Metal Casting.
  
• Must be built on plains and grassland tiles, and not adjacent to another Mitaton.
  
• Has a long build time.
  
• Yields +2 Food, as well as +2 Gold upon researching Fertilizer.
  
• While a combat unit is stationed in a Mitaton, the tile's Food output provides Golden Age points while at peace, or unit healing while at war.
