RimForge Mines Compatability Patch

Description
A patch mod for RimForge and Mines. Version 1.8.14.20

Features:
- Adds Copper and Tin to the mines. (Particularly helpful if you added RimForge after worldgen.)
- There are no more features, this is just what it does.

@Azraile I haven't thought about t his mod in a while, but as long as none of the defs changed it should work?

@RuskiVodka as far as I know, this shouldn't affect worldgen at all. If you could hand me a log at worldgen, I could see if it's this or not.

Im using this for one of my saves and im still not seeing any copper and tin loading on the map? It's loaded after mines and rim forge as well in mod manger

@Smikeproject Assuming they use the same defs, sure. But it would (atleast I think) be functionally identical as the values are hard coded.
