Adds Carrier from Black Ops II to Pavlov. :D

"Chinese Supercarrier. Open engagements on the deck, with great close quarters fights in the passageways."


stuff to note:
- ladders do not work
- some textures are a bit weird. thats literally the only issue i think there is with this map
- bots are not supported on this map, they will spawn but only stand in place
- water isn't really.. water? i could also (maybe) fix this, possibly using free ue assets or a script, again, if enough people care
- skybox isnt the one from BO2. Could replace with one more similar, possibly.

Not fixing, not modding Pavlov ever again, sorry
