MOCX are SCUM

描述
This mod re-localises MOCX to "Society's Champions United Militia" (S.C.U.M) - localisation provided by Skorpior.

This mod also uses WSR to change MOCX/SCUM's plasma tier guns to the EW Plasma weapons.

If I try to use this without either of the WSR dependencies, will that cause problems? Or are they just a cosmetic change?

Too bad nobody is bothering to RMs old Exalt mod. Had to edit the localization.ini of one of the now abandoned Raider factions.
