All this mod does is mute the sound effects of changing the game speed. If you're like me, you change time settings constantly and the sound effect of those changes can be irritating, this mod gets rid of them.

But. That sound is extremely important feedback. Its one of the few things this game does right with its UI.

I don't suppose you'd feel like making a mod which disables that annoying, droning, never-ending demonic whispering coming out of the Void Monolith, would ya? I've been banging my head against the wall for two days trying to figure out how to do that and I can't seem to get it.
