The Secret
The easter egg itself is relatively simple and minor involving a secret voice line. I could have sworn the line was a reference to something, however I can't recall. I've seen very little posted about it online. I remember watching an easter egg compilation once and this was one of the included easter eggs. Considering the scarcity of content regarding the secret, I figured I'd make a guide on how to activate the voice line.
The Location
To activate this secret, you must be playing the 'All Ghillied Up' mission and have passed the soviet convoy and reached the area where the soldiers are dumping bodies. Clear this area as quietly as possible or sneak past, the enemies up ahead must NOT be alerted in order for this to work.

After reaching the next checkpoint at the shipping containers, kill the enemy that spawns at the entrance and head to the right. This is the location of the 20th intel laptop in the game.

(apologies for poor image quality, I forgot to take a screenshot)
How To Activate
To activate the easter egg, the player must simply pick up the intel without alerting the soldiers. This can be accomplished by simply proning towards the barrels, then quickly crouching, picking up the intel, then proning again. You'll know if you've done this correctly, as Cpt. MacMillan will speak the phrase "I'll say one thing, you certainly got the minerals."

To state the obvious, Cpt. MacMillan is making a comment about the size of the players balls for having successfully stolen a laptop from directly underneath the soviet's noses.

Just like that, you've activated the easter egg! It isn't overly amazing, however it is secret enough that I haven't seen much posted about it.
Trivia
This secret is similar to a compilation of unused voicelines intended to be used as similar easter eggs or secrets spoken by Cpt. MacMillan.

Been playing this game since I was eight, this is my favourite mission in all of CoD history and I've never once tried to stealth for the intel. I'm surprised there was even a line for this, and it's amazing you're here to keep it from becoming lost media of some sorts. Amazing.

Fancy way of saying "You've got the stones" or Balls

Pretty sure "you've got the minerals" is a weird way of saying "you're worth your salt" which is a saying literally thousands of years old at this point

Also "you're just showing off now" plays after taking down the helicopter with stingers in the church

steam community posters are so autistic they theorize about whether a compliment in a video game was supposed to be a reference to something

Im thinking its a starcraft reference because the protoss when you dont have enough minerals says, "You have not enough minerals".

You technically don't have to kill the guy on the right, you can just avoid him.

LOL, got to love the line about " Oh my Tin-Foil Hats come loose. I've lost my Connection to the Mothership." :jawatongue::7R_Kagome_Laughing: Always makes me laugh thinking about that line and the " If it's not Scottish It's Cr@p !! " , and how often that is used on Monty Python. :steammocking::jawagrin: LOL
