Go to addons folder (Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons).
Open workshop folder, find and copy "2571917937.vpk" file and paste into addons folder.
You can ignore the conflicted (or unsub if either still doesn't work or the red text really annoyed you)
